Beeline Bikes helps connect customers to a network of local bike shops across the USA. Customers are able to schedule service appointments and find great shops for assembly and installation of bike products purchased online.
Most local shops service all types of bikes, including road, triathlon, mountain, electric, city, hybrid, kids, tandems, and trikes. For e-bike conversions or unique requests, Beeline can connect you with your local shop to find a solution to meet your needs.
Pricing is based on the local shop you’ll be working with. Prices can often be found on the shop’s website or by contacting their service department. Every bike is different, and the total service charge depends on the condition of the bike and the complexity of the service required.

As a courtesy, if you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Yes, our local shop partners prefer that someone be onsite to show the mechanic to the bike, approve the work performed, and provide payment once the service is completed. Please contact your local shop partner if you need to make other arrangements.
Local bike shops are stocked with the most common replacement parts and accessories. If a part needs to be ordered, the shop will provide you a timeline of when your service will be completed.
For in-shop pickup, you will receive an email with the estimated date your bike will be ready for pickup. Once the assembly is complete and ready for pickup you will receive a confirmation email.

For a mobile delivery (where available) you will receive a link to schedule your delivery’s exact day and time. Feel free to call the mobile bike shop with any questions regarding appointment times, add-on accessories, or special requests. The bike shop’s phone number and location is in all of the emails you receive.
Please reach out to the seller of the bike to initiate a return. They will be happy to help assist you with your return in accordance with the return details listed on their website.
Yes, many of our bike shop partners work to support events of this type. To get started please email support@beelinebikes.com and include the zip code of where the event will be taking place.

Bring your bike out to the mobile shop during the 30-minute check-in window you selected. For location details, refer to the sign-up link. The mechanic will assess your bike and provide a detailed quote before beginning work. When finished, the mechanic will contact you via email, text or phone to review the work performed and collect payment.
